Rooms have been reserved for delegates at the hotels below and can be booked when registering for the conference. All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified. We will indicate in the hotel descriptions below once we have used all the allocated rooms for each hotel.
Accommodation will be held at the following hotels until 30 days prior to the conference when all unsold rooms will be released. After this date you will need to contact the hotels directly to see if the conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.
Please email us if you have any questions or wish to extend your booking outside the conference dates.
You can book accommodation when registering for the conference. The online registration form allows you to book any available rooms.
You need to provide credit card details, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your booking.

Changes and Cancellations
Please note the cancellation policies listed for each hotel. Cancellations and no-shows will attract a fee of at least one night’s accommodation. However, each hotel’s policy varies and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked.

Accommodation and incidental expenses need to be settled using a credit card when you check out.
Please email us if you wish to be invoiced for your accommodation with your registration. Any pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to your hotel. Pre-payments need to be received 30 days prior to the conference.
Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.
You can enter special requests for early check-in in the “Special Requests” field of your reservation. The hotel will do its best to accommodate your request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.

Cancellations or changes to bookings muse be made at least 48 hours prior to the check in date and time or your will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night. Cancellation fees will however be waived if contact is made at least 24 hours prior to checking in.
A $10 cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to the fee equivalent of the first nights accommodation.

A cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 10pm on that day will be deemed the arrival time. Any cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations and changes. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of check in time forfeit the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
